 For staff and volunteers working on the frontline with traumatised individ
 uals\, teaching them strategies to prevent and overcome workplace PTSD (vi
 carious trauma)\, as well as how to facilitate brief conversational interv
 entions to help prevent and resolve trauma in their clients. Because this 
 is an abridged training (down from 2 days) to make it more time accessible
 \, the participants will also get access to video content that provides a 
 deeper understanding of trauma and resilience. Please book your organisati
